The waxed canvas exterior feels rugged without being bulky, and it slides right into my backpack for TSA checks without any hassle. My iPad fits so snugly that there's zero wobble, which is exactly what I wanted for daily commutes.
The neoprene cushioning is noticeably thicker than my old sleeve, and the ballistic nylon shell has already shrugged off a couple of bumps in my bag. It’s snug without being a struggle to slide the iPad in and out, which is exactly what I wanted.
I was a little worried the waxed canvas would feel stiff, but it's actually got a nice, broken-in texture right away. My iPad slides in snug with zero rattling, and the fit is so precise I can toss it in my bag without a second thought.
