I've been hauling camera gear and a laptop daily for months, and my shoulder used to ache by noon. This strap's 4mm neoprene pad is thick enough that I honestly forgot I was carrying anything heavy, and the texture keeps it from sliding off my jacket.
The rubbery grip on this strap is the real deal—my messenger bag hasn't slipped off my shoulder once since I switched. That 4mm neoprene pad does exactly what it says, taking the weight off without feeling bulky under a jacket.
Carrying my camera bag for a full day of shooting, I barely felt the weight digging in—that 4mm neoprene pad really absorbs the pressure. The strap hasn't budged an inch, and the texture keeps it locked on my shoulder even over a slippery jacket.
