My shoulder bag kept sliding off during my commute until I tried this pad—the grippy underside really locks it in place, even under a heavy laptop. The full-grain leather feels sturdy and should age nicely, no complaints so far.

Carrying my work bag all day used to leave a red mark on my shoulder, but this pad's grippy underside keeps it anchored perfectly even when I'm rushing through the subway. The full-grain leather feels sturdy yet soft against my collarbone, and it's made a heavy load feel almost effortless.
